  1. I couldn’t agree more, having such dissonant requirements to use the batmobile put forth every 5 minutes feels akin to having the option to ‘pay respects’ shoved down my throat in the latest Call of Duty. It feels vaguely in the name of realism, but it feels incredibly arbitrary. To me I saw the batmobile as just… something to do, even though Arkham Knight could have been created so much cleaner without the architecture needed to house the black beast.

If it pleases you, I have a fully fleshed out review https://vahrkallasvideogames.wordpress.com/2015/07/01/arkham-knight-mega-review/

    Jolly good post!

    • Glad I’m not the only one who thinks so. Agree with your assessment of the Arkham Knight. I probably could have done an alternative article concerning his petulant, convoluted revenge story. But then I would have done a disservice to a game that despite its inherent floors was a fun distraction.

  2. I felt the Batmobile sections were fine generally, they played well enough, they were fun and I liked the little additions they brought to combat.
I did have two big issues with it though. 1 It doesn’t feel like Batman, felt like I was playing Need For Speed at times. 2. The riddler puzzles involving the Batmobile were infuriating. You couldn’t be precise with the movements and it drove me insane.
